The UN Secretary-General’s temporary envoy to Cyprus Jane Holl Lute is expected to hand in her report to UNSG Antonio Guterres, her report on the outcome of her discussions with all parties involved in the Cyprus negotiations around 17 September, a source has told Cyprus News Agency (CNA).
The news agency reports that Lute probably will meet with UK Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt and Minister for Europe Sir Alan Duncan, during the first ten days of September. She is then expected to meet with Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias in Athens on 11 September. Following which she will probably meet with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini, in Brussels on 13 September.
Lute had separate meetings on 23 July with President Nicos Anastasiades and President Mustafa Akinci in Cyprus. She then met with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu in Ankara on July 30.
