North Cyprus has a stand at the World Travel Market (WTM), which began on Monday at the ExCel Centre in London. There will be 181 countries represented at the fair.
Tourism and Environment Minister Fikri Ataoglu, along with members of the ministry’s Promotion and Marketing department are also expected to attend and to make contacts.
Efforts will be made to promote the TRNC which suffered losses in British tourist numbers after the closure of Cyprus Turkish Airways (KTY).
The fair, which is to considered to be the second most important internationally, runs between 6-8 November. The first day is only open to trade.
