New Complaints Line for Public Transport Users Open

A new telephone line has been commissioned today by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport for public transport users.

Passengers on buses or taxis can register complaints about bus or taxi drivers’ behaviour, if they were speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol or other transgressions.

The number is serviced by an answering bank during office hours, otherwise those who wish to, can leave a message giving their details and details of their complaint on ALO 1181.
