Turkish Cypriot Electricity Authority (KIB-TEK), Telsim and the Turkish Economy Bank (TEB) signed a protocol regarding the payment of bills, a statement says.
Electricity bills can now be paid at Telsim Shops. Those who pay their electricity bill at Telsim Shops will receive a 30 percent discount on the sale of accessories.
KIB-TEK Chairman Hasan Çetin Erçen said that they are working with Telsim Vodafone and TEB to increase payment points and offer alternative payment options to consumers in many locations.
Telsim General Manager Hakan Gülümser stated that they are producing digital solutions for the needs of subscribers and customers. As Telsim, Gülümser said that they acted with the vision of bringing digitalisation to every field of life, and stated that they will continue their lead to facilitate their customers’ lives and digitalising the island.
TEB TRNC Regional Manager Serhan Tuğyan said that the institution has increased its service points with the payment points established for Vodafone dealers to facilitate electricity bill payment and stated that they have found a common stake for better service for the people of the TRNC.
