I firmly believe that the fraternal relations between the TRNC and motherland Turkey will develop successfully in a stronger way in all areas from now on, in the new period.
I believe that the result of the popular vote in the homeland of Turkey will be the beginning of a new era for our country and our region beside Turkey.
I hope that the result of the popular vote in the homeland of Turkey will strengthen the role and position of a stable and strong Turkey in the international arena.
The results of the referendum will also reflect positively on my country.
I am hoping that the Constitutional amendment in Turkey will be an example for the TRNC and I believe that the presidential system [in Turkey} will carry the TRNC further.
