EMU Becomes Member of COHEHRE

North Cyprus News - EMU StudentsEastern Mediterranean University (EMU) Faculty of Health Sciences has been approved for membership by the Consortium of Higher Education in Health and Rehabilitation in Europe (COHEHRE).

With this new membership, EMU Faculty of Health Sciences aims to share its education, training and research with universities of the European Union, which are members of COHEHRE, ​​and to support the EMU Health Sciences Faculty students and instructors in these areas.

COHEHRE is an organisation founded in 1990 and has 42 member universities from 12 different European countries and aims to establish a social network in higher education institutions in the European Community.

The organisation also aims to contribute to its members by sharing current and future best practices in the international arena in teaching, learning and research.

COHEHRE contributes to the development of joint research projects in Europe through member universities, but also aims to promote vocational training in health services by encouraging the development of educational models and methods.
