President Mustafa Akinci and the Greek Cypriot leader Nicos Anastasiades resumed the stalled Cyprus negotiations today.
Tuesday’s meeting is the first in eight weeks following the recent stalemate in talks prompted by the controversial Enosis Day bill passed by the Greek Cypriot parliament.
The two sides came together in the UN controlled buffer zone at 10am. this morning.
Today’s meeting is mainly procedural as discussions were expected to be focused generally on the way the process should move forward.
