Bayrak Radio Television Corporation has been awarded a special award from ‘Turcomoney’ magazine published in Turkey.
Awards were given at the ceremony to those who contributed most to Turkey over the past year.
The BRT Director Meryem Özkurt received the “Value Added to Turkey” award on behalf of the corporation at a ceremony held in Istanbul.
The ceremony was also attended by the Turkish Minister of Forestry and Water Works Veysel Eroğlu.

Also speaking at the ceremony, the Turkish Minister of Forestry and Water Works Veysel Eroğlu reminded that they had successfully brought water to the TRNC from Turkey via a suspended underwater pipeline.
He thanked BRT for its contributions in informing the public on this.
The award ceremony, attended by leading figures in Turkey’s leading political and business world, leading names in the scientific and media world, began with a video demonstration of Turcomoney’s work in the past years.
