President Mustafa Akıncı and Greek Cypriot leader Nicos Anastasiades will meet in the UN buffer zone at 6.30 pm today.
The negotiations, which broke off after the Greek Cypriot parliament’s vote to commemorate the 1950 Enosis Plebiscite in secondary schools, resumed on April 11th, after the Greek Cypriot side amended the decision in parliament.
The leaders worked on the negotiations programme at the first meeting they held after the two-month hiatus.
They plan to hold four meetings and will meet again on May 2nd, 11th and 17th, following today’s meeting.
